Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- minimum three years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- minimum three years of HR operations experience
- experience working for multi-state organizations preferred
- proficiency with ADP WFN, ClearCompany, and Replicon preferred
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- proactive and able to work independently
- eligibility to work in the US with no restrictions
- must demonstrate reliable professional history
Job Qualifications

- minimum of three years of HR operations experience
- experience in multi-state organizations preferred
- real estate industry experience is a plus
- proficiency with ADP WFN, ClearCompany, and Replicon preferred
- strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- attention to detail and operational accuracy
- ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and manager-level roles
- support recruiting across multiple properties and locations
- maintain accurate candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System
- monitor recruitment activity to improve hiring speed and effectiveness
- coordinate onboarding and ensure completion of employment documentation
- maintain employee records in HRIS, ATS, and personnel files
- process employee status changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- support payroll and timekeeping processes
- assist with employee offboarding and documentation
- ensure HR practices comply with employment laws
- maintain organized and compliant personnel files
- support HR audits and reporting
- assist with HR policies implementation
- perform additional related duties proactively
