Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • minimum three years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • minimum three years of HR operations experience
  • experience working for multi-state organizations preferred
  • proficiency with ADP WFN, ClearCompany, and Replicon preferred
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • proactive and able to work independently
  • eligibility to work in the US with no restrictions
  • must demonstrate reliable professional history

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • minimum of three years managing high-volume full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions
  • minimum of three years of HR operations experience
  • experience in multi-state organizations preferred
  • real estate industry experience is a plus
  • proficiency with ADP WFN, ClearCompany, and Replicon preferred
  • strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • attention to detail and operational accuracy
  • ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • upholds confidentiality and exercises discretion
  • proactive and solutions-oriented
  • reliable professional history with outstanding managerial references
  • eligible to work in the US without restrictions

Job Duties

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and manager-level roles
  • support recruiting across multiple properties and locations
  • maintain accurate candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System
  • monitor recruitment activity to improve hiring speed and effectiveness
  • coordinate onboarding and ensure completion of employment documentation
  • maintain employee records in HRIS, ATS, and personnel files
  • process employee status changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • support payroll and timekeeping processes
  • assist with employee offboarding and documentation
  • ensure HR practices comply with employment laws
  • maintain organized and compliant personnel files
  • support HR audits and reporting
  • assist with HR policies implementation
  • perform additional related duties proactively
