- 7+ years of progressive hr leadership experience
- experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred
- demonstrated experience supporting global teams preferred
- shrm, scp, or sphr certification preferred

Job Duties
- develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with business growth and operational goals
- act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development
- oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance across a multi-state environment
- guide recruiting and onboarding strategies
- manage benefits administration, payroll, and policy implementation
- analyze workforce data and metrics to inform retention, risk management, and continuous improvement
- lead change initiatives and promote operational excellence
