  • experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred
  • demonstrated experience supporting global teams preferred

Job Duties

  • develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with business growth and operational goals
  • act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development
  • oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance across a multi-state environment
  • guide recruiting and onboarding strategies
  • manage benefits administration, payroll, and policy implementation
  • analyze workforce data and metrics to inform retention, risk management, and continuous improvement
  • lead change initiatives and promote operational excellence
