About the Role

The HR Coordinator/Recruiter at Namify is a pivotal role responsible for discovering and recruiting top talent to sustain and elevate the company’s dynamic team. This full-time, in-office position involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates through diverse channels, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and extending job offers. The role reports directly to the Director of People, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth in human resources by gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience required
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
  • Strong commitment to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Communicate effectively both in writing and orally
  • Making decisions independently
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Highly motivated, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Source top talent through a variety of recruiting channels and build strong candidate pipelines
  • Review resumes and applications to identify outstanding candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
  • Create compelling job postings and position descriptions
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring decisions
  • Complete reference checks and facilitate job offers
  • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations
  • Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to create an exceptional first-day experience
  • Support additional HR initiatives and projects as you continue developing your HR expertise
