This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Recruiting, with union experience considered a significant advantage. While a high school diploma is the minimum requirement, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
