This makes the company one of the most prominent investors in the PPP industry globally.

This position also entails managing employee relations, training and development initiatives, benefits administration, ADA compliance, and other critical workforce strategies.
Travel is a significant aspect of this role, with up to 75% travel required to various sites to engage directly with employees and leadership teams. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor, coaching managers through complex employment decisions and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role also involves conducting thorough employee investigations, leading workplace accommodation processes, and collaborating with payroll and benefits teams to maintain seamless HR operations.
