Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable forms of communication and transportation
- Level 2 security license (Level II training and exam provided free
- all applicants must apply, pass exam, submit to fingerprinting and criminal background check)
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Full physical and mental dexterity with ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, hear, see and speak English clearly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Strong customer-service attitude and professional appearance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand and interpret credentials, documents, signs, rules, policies, and instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, patrons and other employees
- Ability to multi-task, cross-train and learn new skills quickly
- Ability to remain calm and level-headed under high-pressure situations
Job Duties
- Monitor and manage entry and exit points for designated areas
- Conduct routine bag checks, ticket and credential verification, and prohibited-item screening
- Greet attendees, provide directions, and assist with seating and venue navigation
- Maintain clear walkways and ensure smooth movement of guests and vehicles
- Receive and address guest concerns in accordance with company policies
- Uphold venue rules and report suspicious behavior or activity
- Assist with orderly evacuations and provide security escorts as needed
