The role of Event Staff and Security Officer at 5 STAR Event Services offers an exciting career opportunity for individuals passionate about safety, customer service, and being part of dynamic public events. As an Event Staff and Security Officer, you will be responsible for upholding the integrity and security of event spaces. This includes monitoring entry and exit points, performing bag checks and screenings, and enforcing event policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment. You will greet and assist guests, manage crowd control, maintain clear access routes, and respond promptly and professionally to any complaints or incidents. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively communicate with a diverse range of patrons and colleagues will be essential. You will also assist in emergency situations, including facilitating orderly evacuation and providing security escorts when required.
