Job Requirements
- 18 plus years of age
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 3 plus years of pharmacy experience preferred
- 1 plus years of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician
- working knowledge of pharmacy management tasks and H-E-B RxEVO system
- knowledge of H-E-B Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures
- advanced communication skills
- intermediate computer skills including MS Office and H-E-B related systems
- ability to calculate measurements
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- ability to maintain composure under stress
- ability to work with little supervision
- willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

- 1 plus years of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician
- experience working in a fast-paced environment

- advanced communication skills including telephone etiquette
- intermediate computer skills including MS Office, Windows, RxEVO, RxIMS, PartnerNet, Workforce Manager

Job Duties
- Role models and provides superior customer service and service standards

- solves third-party issues
- receives and processes written prescriptions using RxEVO
- verifies complete patient information
- processes third-party prescriptions
- manages adjudication review
- coordinates Rx screening events, flu shot and immunization scheduling
- assists with pharmacy operations tasks including responding to recalls, offsite record storage, and inventory management
- orders and manages inventory
- processes invoices daily
- reviews warehouse and DSD orders
- checks delivery accuracy and makes adjustments
- maintains automated prescription processing equipment including calibration and stocking
- applies computer troubleshooting and prescription application overview
- processes RxIMS reports
- performs prescription assembly including hand counting controlled medications
- measures liquids and reconstitutes antibiotics
- verifies and labels prescriptions by 7-point check
- ensures privacy and confidentiality of personal health information as per HIPAA
- ensures compliance with Central Fill procedures
- supports Pharmacy Partner compliance with standards
- manages proper return to stock procedures
- participates in facility and office upkeep
- performs other assigned duties as needed
