There is a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to safety protocols including HIPAA regulations to protect patient information. Additionally, the Pharmacy Technician plays a key role in maintaining pharmacy operational standards, equipment calibration, and supporting the Pharmacy Manager with facility maintenance.

This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic retail pharmacy setting where you can directly contribute to the health and well-being of the community. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, appropriate certifications, and preferably several years of pharmacy experience, ideally in a retail setting. The role also requires adherence to physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting moderate weight.

Overall, the Pharmacy Technician position at H-E-B is not just a job but a career path offering growth, community impact, and a harmonious work environment where each team member’s contribution is valued and essential.
