Job Duties
- Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
- vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort, count, fold, and mark linens
- maintain positive relationships with guests and associates
- respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction
- handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience
