Job Description

We are currently seeking diligent and dedicated housekeeping staff to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and suites. Reporting to the Housekeeping Office at the beginning of each shift, your primary responsibility will be to clean and maintain assigned rooms to meet the hotel’s high standards. Your duties will involve thorough cleaning practices, ensuring that every area of the guest rooms is spotless and welcoming. In addition, you will be required to report any items needing repair or maintenance to the supervisor promptly and note any missing items from rooms to ensure accountability and guest satisfaction. Protecting guest safety and well-being is paramount; therefore, your role also includes adhering to all safety protocols and behaving courteously and professionally in interactions with guests and co-workers alike. This position is suitable for individuals who can adapt to high-pressure situations, are open to change, and take personal responsibility for their growth and development within the team. Physical capability is essential, as the role involves lifting, bending, pushing, stooping, and reaching during cleaning duties. Being an effective team player while maintaining professionalism at all times is critical to success in this position.
