The Housing Advocate acts as a compassionate champion for clients navigating complex housing challenges, providing personalized case management aimed at securing stable housing and promoting independence. This role involves comprehensive client screenings, eligibility assessments, and strong advocacy for access to housing resources. A collaborative relationship with the Client Services Manager ensures coordinated efforts that enhance client outcomes. Located in Bend, Oregon, this position offers a wage of $28.03 per hour, with an additional $0.50 per hour for bilingual Spanish speakers, emphasizing the agency's focus on accessible communication and cultural competence.
