Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in light maintenance and housekeeping preferred
- knowledge of basic maintenance tasks
- ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- proficiency in English communication
- physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
- ability to work independently and follow written procedures
- availability for on-call emergency response
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in light maintenance and housekeeping preferred
- basic maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical, mechanical and painting
- ability to operate light equipment like pressure washers and carpet cleaners
- proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- strong problem-solving capabilities
- friendly and service-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Perform light and preventive maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, studio maintenance, and general upkeep
- complete guest room preparation and inspection after move-outs
- clean and stage guest rooms and public areas
- remove trash and treat soiled linens
- assist with sorting, washing, drying, and folding linen in laundry area
- cross-train on Move-Out and Stay-Over attendant duties and perform as needed
- respond to emergencies promptly and clock in/out for all emergency work
