The Houseperson role at Vdara combines physical activity with customer service skills in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and restrooms, as well as handling guest requests related to room amenities like refrigerators, pillows, cribs, and rollaway beds. Attention to detail is paramount as you help maintain inventory, stock supplies, and implement procedures designed to uphold MGM Resorts' high standards, including Quick Flood Response and safety protocols.

This part-time or full-time position offers a starting pay rate of $23.8763 per hour, providing competitive compensation within the hospitality sector of Las Vegas. With flexible scheduling that includes weekends and holidays, the Houseperson role is perfect for individuals who thrive in teamwork-driven environments and want to develop their hospitality career within a globally esteemed company.

MGM Resorts fosters growth through professional development opportunities and offers various employee benefits that enhance personal well-being and career satisfaction. Employees gain access to wellness programs, employee dining discounts, free parking, health and income protection benefits for eligible workers, and numerous discounts on food, retail, and entertainment across all MGM properties.
