As a Houseperson at The Beverly Hilton, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction at this prestigious hotel. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces. Your daily tasks will involve dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash receptacles, all contributing to a spotless environment that delights guests.
Beyond maintaining cleanliness, this role also includes offering warm and friendly service to guests by greeting them, delivering requested items, and assisting housekeeping staff with room cleaning when needed. This interaction helps spread the light and warmth of hospitality, creating memorable experiences for every guest. Organizational skills are critical as you manage stocking and organizing supply rooms, ensuring the housekeeping team can operate efficiently and effectively.
You will also be engaged in special projects that require more intensive efforts, such as deep cleaning tasks, flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors. Additionally, your attention to detail will help identify any repair or maintenance needs within the property, supporting the upkeep of this world-class facility. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Keep public areas spotless by maintaining cleanliness of designated areas including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces by performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash
