The Houseperson role at Hilton Grand Vacations is a critical position within the Housekeeping Department, which operates seven days a week, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This role supports the housekeeping operation by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house areas throughout the property. The Houseperson assists with deep cleaning, room preparation, and special projects to ensure that all spaces meet luxury expectations and Hilton Grand Vacations’ cleanliness brand standards. In this role, the Houseperson is involved in a variety of cleaning and support tasks across guest corridors, stairwells, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. They maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, assist with room turnover by stripping linens and removing trash, transport clean and soiled linen, restock supply closets, and support inventory management. Additionally, the Houseperson delivers guest items and fulfills service requests with professionalism, maintains readiness of supportive equipment such as cribs and highchairs, and participates in deep cleaning initiatives and large-scale room or public area preparations. This position also involves greeting guests warmly and assisting with basic requests while maintaining awareness of resort services and amenities. Safety and compliance are paramount, including adherence to safety procedures, key control protocols, and lost and found procedures.

Job Duties
- Performs cleaning and support tasks across guest corridors, stairwells, public areas, and back of house spaces to meet luxury expectations and Hilton Grand Vacations brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for hotel guests, patrons, and team members
- Assists with room turnover processes by stripping linens, removing trash, and supporting housekeeping team members to ensure efficient room readiness
- Transports clean and soiled linen, restocks supply closets, and supports inventory management to ensure team members have the necessary materials to perform their duties effectively
- Delivers guest items and fulfills service requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all items are clean, functional, and properly presented prior to delivery
- Maintains readiness of supportive equipment such as cribs, highchairs, and other guest items, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in proper working condition
- Supports deep cleaning initiatives, special projects, and large-scale room or public area preparations, including furniture movement, detailed cleaning, and preparation of spaces to meet cleanliness and presentation standards
