Additional perks such as paid holidays, earned paid time off, complimentary meals during shifts, monthly fitness membership reimbursement, and flexible spending accounts further enhance the employee experience. The hotel also offers colleague discounts, complimentary room nights (subject to availability), and wellness resources such as complimentary access to the Headspace meditation app. The Chicago Athletic Association is committed to equal employment opportunity, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds without discrimination.
