As a Houseperson at Hilton LAX, you will play an essential role in ensuring the hotel environment is immaculate, welcoming, and comfortable for every guest. This position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of public spaces such as restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event areas. Daily responsibilities include dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash bins. Beyond cleanliness, the Houseperson acts as a key contributor to the overall guest experience by warmly greeting guests, fulfilling their requests, and assisting the housekeeping team with room cleaning tasks as necessary. Additionally, this role involves managing housekeeping supplies and supporting property maintenance by identifying and reporting any repair or maintenance needs, which helps maintain a well-kept and safe property environment.

This is an hourly position with a competitive rate of $24.30 per hour, commensurate with experience and location.
