Known for its leadership in the travel and hospitality sectors, Hilton consistently earns accolades including placement on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune. Join Hilton and become part of a company that aims not only to create outstanding guest stays but also to cultivate a supportive and thriving environment for its employees, helping them to grow their careers while making a meaningful impact with every shift.

As a Houseperson at Hilton, you are more than just a cleaner; you are a vital part of the hospitality experience that guests cherish. This role involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order in the hotel’s public and service areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces. Your efforts directly contribute to creating a welcoming and pristine environment that reflects Hilton’s brand promise of quality and warmth.

The Houseperson’s responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash bins, ensuring that all public areas are spotless at all times. You greet guests warmly, assist with any needs they might have, deliver requested items promptly, and support room cleaning efforts when necessary. Additionally, you manage and organize housekeeping supplies to enable seamless operational efficiency.

Beyond daily duties, you engage in periodic deep-cleaning tasks like mattress flipping, furniture moving, and floor waxing to maintain the property’s pristine condition. Recognizing and reporting any maintenance issues or repair needs also fall under your purview, helping to keep the property safe, functional, and visually appealing.

Hilton’s core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and focus on the present moment guide the Houseperson’s approach to work. The company supports its team members not only with these values but also through robust benefits designed to help employees thrive personally and professionally. These benefits include exceptional travel discounts, stock purchase programs, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving assistance, crisis support services, mental health resources, generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement savings plans.

By joining Hilton as a Houseperson, you become part of a respected and admired brand that values your role in delivering memorable experiences to guests. Hilton invests in your wellbeing and career growth, offering a rewarding work environment where your contributions make a difference every day. Whether you are starting your career or seeking new opportunities, Hilton provides the tools, support, and recognition to help you succeed in a meaningful hospitality career where exceptional service truly starts with you.
