Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment frequently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Reliable and punctual work attendance
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- A positive team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift move and transport equipment often 50+ lbs throughout the shift
- Comfort working on your feet for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including early mornings late evenings weekends and holidays
- Previous banquet event or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event orders including tables chairs staging linens and décor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all banquet spaces storage areas and equipment
- Assist banquet servers and supervisors with room resets service needs and event flow
- Ensure all equipment is handled safely and properly stored
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest and team requests
- Support the banquet team in creating a welcoming polished and efficient environment for every event
