The Houseperson - Events role at Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade is a fast-paced and essential position within the hospitality team. This role is primarily responsible for the efficient setup and breakdown of meeting spaces, ensuring that all event areas are prepared with tables, chairs, water service, and other necessary amenities. The Houseperson plays a critical role in supporting the events and banquet teams by maintaining the readiness and cleanliness of event spaces, contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, physical stamina to lift moderate weights, and the ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions. The role demands attention to detail to ensure the layout and presentation of rooms meet Hyatt’s high standards. Job Requirements
