The Full-time Houseperson - Event Set-up role at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa is pivotal in delivering seamless meeting and event experiences for guests. As a Convention Services Houseperson, you will be entrusted with the crucial responsibility of setting up and breaking down all meeting spaces according to detailed specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, water service, and other essential equipment. This is an energetic, fast-paced position requiring physical stamina and good communication skills to coordinate effectively with banquet captains, event planners, and the events team. Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends and holidays, is vital to meet the dynamic demands of the hospitality industry.
