Job Duties
- transform empty ballrooms into stunning banquet setups with tables, chairs, linens, staging, and all the event essentials
- own the breakdown and cleanup after events, because the wow moments don't put themselves away
- hustle like a pro: move, stack, arrange, and transport banquet equipment, supplies, and furniture safely and efficiently
- back up banquet servers and captains by clearing glassware, dishes, and decor so the room stays camera-ready and guest-perfect
- keep banquet areas, storage spaces, and back-of-house zones neat, organized, and ready for the next big event
- pivot on your feet when plans change and embrace every last-minute request with a “let's make it happen” attitude
- collaborate with the banquet team to keep events running smoothly, look polished, and feel truly memorable from the first guest to the last good-bye
