The Houseperson Associate position at Hilton Garden Inn Burbank Downtown represents a pivotal role in the housekeeping department, reporting directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor. As a Houseperson Associate, you will be entrusted with maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Your daily tasks will involve stocking housekeeping carts efficiently with necessary supplies to prepare for your shifts, reporting any room maintenance issues to front desk staff and team members, and distinguishing between light touch and full cleaning methods to uphold Hilton’s high standards of guest room cleanliness. Responsibilities include vacuuming floors, changing bed linens, replenishing bathroom amenities, and overall room restocking.
