- physical ability to work from ladders, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment
- tolerance of environmental factors such as humidity, cold or heat, dust and noise
- hospitality industry experience helpful

Job Duties
- Providing excellent service to guests and owners during their stay
- promptly assisting guest inquiries and needs while following brand standards
- providing customer service including information about resort services, activities and local attractions
- removing used linens and replacing with new linens, towels and vital products
- transporting clean and dirty linens between operations and buildings
- maintaining work carts and stations to optimize appearance and efficiency
- inspecting carpets, drapes and furniture for damage or stains and reporting maintenance issues
- assisting coworkers when requested
- working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to meet spontaneous guest demands
- identifying and reporting maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
