This position is titled Expert in Guest Environment, a critical role that goes beyond typical cleaning duties. The successful candidate will ensure that guests not only find their rooms clean and beds freshly made but also experience a unique and memorable stay. The responsibilities span a wide range of cleaning functions, maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene standards of the hotel, including guest rooms and common areas. The Expert in Guest Environment is empowered to respond dynamically to guest requests, restock cleaning carts, and handle other related duties that contribute to smooth hotel operations. This role demands an individual who can be active throughout their shift, involving prolonged periods of standing, sitting, walking, and physically handling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
