With a strong presence across the United States, Drury Hotels has established itself as a leader in the hotel industry by combining quality service, innovative practices, and a genuine care for both guests and team members. The company's ethos revolves around the idea that finding a place where you belong is just as important as securing a job, making it an ideal workplace for those seeking growth, recognition, and a positive atmosphere.

At the Burlington, North Carolina location on 1767 Glidewell Drive, Drury Hotels is actively hiring for a housekeeping position that goes beyond traditional cleaning duties. This role is designed for individuals who value contributing to a welcoming and spotless environment for guests while also being part of a dynamic and supportive team. The housekeeping associate plays a pivotal role in maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel, including public areas inside and outside, laundry services, breakfast areas, meeting rooms, and general maintenance spaces. In addition to these responsibilities, the role emphasizes excellent guest service by responding efficiently and courteously to inquiries, requests, and any complaints, ensuring every guest experiences a +1 Service Attitude.

As a member of the Drury Hotels team, the housekeeping associate will benefit from a host of incentives and support mechanisms designed to promote work-life balance and career advancement. Flexible scheduling options help accommodate personal needs while paid time off, hotel discounts, and free room nights ensure employees are rewarded for their hard work beyond just their paycheck. Career growth opportunities abound through mentorship programs, cross-training, development plans, and management training, highlighting Drury Hotels' commitment to internal promotions and long-term employee success.

Furthermore, the company offers comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, disability options, and access to a Team Member Assistance Program. Financial security is also prioritized through a company-matched 401(k) retirement plan. Compounding these benefits is Drury Hotels’ recognition as one of Newsweek's America’s Greatest Workplaces 2025, underscoring the high-quality work environment the company cultivates.

This housekeeping role suits candidates who are self-motivated, able to follow both verbal and written directions, and possess thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies. The ideal candidate is capable of working independently without direct supervision while fostering positive interactions among the diverse team and guests. The role also demands physical stamina and attention to detail necessary to uphold the company's cleanliness standards and contribute to a pleasing atmosphere for all visitors.

Starting immediately, this position invites individuals ready to rise, shine, and work happy in a respected hotel chain dedicated to both guest satisfaction and employee well-being. With opportunities to earn up to $3,200 annually in quarterly bonuses in addition to a competitive base salary, this role combines financial and professional rewards in a thriving work environment.
