Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or related field
  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions
  • Knowledge of cleaning supplies and procedures
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good physical stamina
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Job Duties

  • Performs a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean public areas inside and outside the hotel according to established standards
  • Assists guests by providing information as requested
  • Assists in all departments as needed to maintain cleanliness including housekeeping, laundry, general public areas, breakfast area, meeting rooms, and maintenance
  • Stocks public areas with supplies
  • Sets up meeting rooms for events
  • Provides courteous and friendly guest service through prompt response to inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Contributes to maintaining a positive work environment for team and guests
