The role of Houseperson at Westgate Painted Mountain Golf Resort is critical to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality that guests expect. This position is hourly, offering a pay rate of $16 per hour, with the added benefit of Daily Pay, allowing team members to access their earned wages when needed. As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in supporting the housekeeping team by ensuring that guest and public areas are spotless, managing linens and supplies efficiently, and helping with all behind-the-scenes operations that contribute to a smooth, welcoming guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include assisting housekeepers in stripping units of soiled linens and trash, supporting the cleaning of guest units, including pet-friendly and deep cleaning tasks, and ensuring hallways, stairways, corridors, elevators, guest laundry rooms, and front entrances are well maintained and clean. You will also handle the delivery and collection of linens and supplies, maintain the cleanliness of laundry chute closets, and manage equipment such as cribs and highchairs.

In addition to physical cleaning tasks, the Houseperson is expected to respond promptly and professionally to guest and owner requests, report damaged or lost items, and safety concerns, and assist with training new team members. The role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication skills.
