This comprehensive package illustrates the hotel's dedication to supporting its employees both inside and outside the workplace.
The Houseman’s day-to-day responsibilities are varied and involve physical activity such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers. They also handle the stocking of linen carts with amenities and supplies required by room attendants, ensuring the smooth operation of housekeeping functions. Attention to detail is critical, as the Houseman must remove spots or marks from walls and doors on each floor and lock all closets and linen chutes to maintain security.
The hotel seeks candidates with good communication skills who can work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory, with a high school education being the baseline qualification for applicants. The company encourages inclusivity and will accommodate individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job duties.
