The current opportunity is for a full-time AM Houseperson and Shuttle Driver, a crucial role that contributes directly to the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall guest satisfaction at the hotel. This position requires an individual who holds a clean driver's license and is capable of driving the hotel shuttle as part of their duties. The primary responsibility of the Houseperson is to ensure that public spaces and guest rooms are kept in pristine condition. This includes cleaning hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other communal areas, assisting the housekeeping staff with room preparation, delivering necessary items such as linens and towels, removing trash and used linens, and responding promptly to guest needs.

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas including hallways lobbies and elevators
- Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms
- Deliver linens towels and other supplies to guest rooms
- Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate department
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures including safety and security protocols
