We are currently seeking a responsible and motivated AM Houseperson and Shuttle Driver to join our full-time team at the Courtyard Rochester Downtown. This role requires morning shifts and weekend availability, as well as a clean driver's license to safely operate the hotel shuttle. As an integral member of the housekeeping department, the Houseperson plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel's public areas and guest rooms. Responsibilities include cleaning hallways, lobbies, and elevators, assisting in room maintenance, delivering linens and supplies, removing trash and soiled linens, and addressing guest requests and any reported maintenance or safety concerns promptly and professionally.

This position not only demands attention to detail and physical capability—such as the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds—but also excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
