Additional responsibilities include spot-cleaning walls and doors, removing cobwebs, cleaning fire extinguishers, and performing vacuuming and carpet shampooing in public spaces. The role requires frequent checks and cleaning of lobby areas and public restrooms, especially during events and functions.

Successful candidates for this role will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance. Physical stamina is essential, as the role requires continuous walking and standing throughout shifts, light physical labor such as lifting (up to 25-30 pounds occasionally), bending, stretching, and stair climbing.
