Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning supplies
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean public areas inside and outside the hotel according to established standards
- Assist guests by providing information as requested
- Assist in multiple departments including housekeeping, laundry, general public areas, breakfast area, meeting rooms, and maintenance to maintain overall hotel cleanliness
- Stock public areas with supplies
- Set up meeting rooms for events
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
