We are currently hiring a Houseperson to join our Housekeeping Department. As a Houseperson at Concord Hospitality, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel's public spaces while actively supporting the housekeeping team with crucial tasks. This role requires a keen attention to detail, reliability, and a guest-focused approach to ensure that every visitor has a welcoming environment during their stay. The Houseperson is responsible for making rounds through public areas during each shift, ensuring that spaces remain clean, tidy, and free from disorder. This role involves collaborating with housekeeping staff to assist with heavy lifting and prioritizing urgent requests, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility.

In addition to maintaining the physical upkeep of the hotel, the Houseperson is tasked with reporting any missing or found articles along with any visible signs of damage or necessary repairs. This vigilance helps maintain the hotel's standards and ensures prompt action on maintenance issues, contributing to guest satisfaction and safety. Providing attentive service to guests is also a critical element of the role, which includes addressing guest questions and securing additional assistance when required, offering a friendly and professional interface between guests and hotel services.

Ideal candidates for this position will have prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality, though a strong willingness to learn and adaptability can also make candidates successful. Essential qualities include strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, physical stamina for performing cleaning tasks, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
