Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some cleaning experience preferred
  • Must be able to stand all day
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart
  • Must be able to work around cleaning supplies/chemicals
  • Must be able to communicate effectively

  • Ability to be thorough while cleaning
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of math
  • Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

Job Duties

  • Deep cleaning room as needed
  • Delivers clean linen and supplies to the housekeepers when needed
  • Removes soiled linen and trash from the housekeepers when needed
  • Load supplies for the day
  • Attend line-up each morning to receive room assignments
  • Restock all housekeeping closets on the property with amenities and linens as necessary
  • Golf cart maintenance - make sure that carts are cleaned out at the end of the shift and plugged into the charger to be prepared for the next shift
  • Keep all pantry items in guest rooms stocked and account for all pantry alcohol sales
  • Must comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Must maintain regular and consistent attendance
  • Must be able to work well with other team members, managers, and interact with our guests
