This position is for a full-time Guest Environment Expert, a pivotal role within the Housekeeping and Laundry department. With a competitive pay rate of $19.31 per hour, this non-management role requires frontline staff to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire hotel to create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Guest Environment Expert does more than just clean rooms—they are responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the hotel’s interior spaces and fulfilling guest requests in a timely and courteous manner. Their duties include cleaning guest rooms, public areas, stocking cleaning carts, and assisting with laundry tasks where needed.

The role demands physical stamina and attention to detail, as associates will be standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods while performing hands-on tasks such as moving and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Flexibility in scheduling is preferred with shifts available during the day and evening to accommodate the dynamic nature of hotel operations.
