Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and supplies safely
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks

Job Duties

  • Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
  • Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, and emptying ashtrays
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner
  • Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves as needed
  • Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
