Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
1 years hotel housekeeping or similar industry preferred
Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, use ladders and push carts
Ability to lift weight up to 50 pounds
Ability to talk, hear and have vision abilities to detect dirt and debris
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers

Job Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent
1 years hotel housekeeping or similar industry preferred
Excellent verbal, comprehension, and listening ability
Guest and co-worker relations
Ability to multi-task and set priorities
Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training

Job Duties

Ensure and environment in which high standards of customer service and quality exist for our guests
Responsible for the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, guest areas, service areas and linen closets
Ensure the stocking of linen closets, room attendant carts and cleaning supplies are done in an efficient and professional manner
Ensure that rollaway beds and cribs are clean and sanitized
Assist with cleaning rooms or laundry when needed
Report any maintenance or safety deficiencies in a timely manner
Comply with all safety requirements of the job and company policies
Respond to guest and co-worker requests within 10 minutes of the call
Communicate effectively and professionally in person and over the radio
Put the needs of the customer first while maintaining a positive attitude
Acknowledge all guests and co-workers within 15 feet and speak to them within 5 feet
