Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior cleaning experience required
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Prior cleaning experience
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
  • Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 20 lbs
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • A genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
  • Provide welcoming and courteous service to guests
  • Restock guest room supplies as needed
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Follow Hyatt’s safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
