Job Duties
- maintain a professional appearance
- assist room attendants in processing linen and cleaning rooms
- maintain cleanliness of corridors elevator landings and public areas
- address and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner
- ensure all floor closets and room attendants carts are fully stocked
- report all safety and maintenance concerns to supervisor
- care for all uniforms equipment and supplies issued by management
