The Houseman / Banquet Setup Attendant position plays a vital role in supporting the Banquets Team at Laredo Country Club. The club is seeking candidates with outgoing and friendly personalities who enjoy working in a dynamic social environment. The role primarily involves setting up and tearing down tables and chairs for a variety of group events such as holiday buffets, weddings, corporate functions, family reunions, and sports tournaments throughout the club’s diverse property. Attention to detail is paramount, as attendants must arrange linens and skirting according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) requirements and assist with setting up and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment. This position occasionally provides beverages and snacks to meeting rooms and may help with serving duties when necessary.
