We are currently looking for a full-time Housekeeping and Laundry team member to join our non-management staff. This role, known internally as the Guest Environment Expert, is crucial to sustaining the hotel's pristine condition and ensuring guest spaces are inviting and comfortable. At Renaissance Hotels, the focus of housekeeping goes beyond cleaning rooms and changing beds; it is centered on building a comprehensive guest experience that is both unique and memorable. Guest Environment Experts carry out an extensive range of cleaning functions across the hotel property, including guest rooms and common areas. Empowered to adapt and respond proactively, these professionals handle guest requests, restock cleaning carts, maintain order, and manage other related responsibilities that collectively uphold the hotel’s exemplary standards.
Success in this role requires more than technical cleaning skills; it demands a commitment to producing a safe workplace, abiding by company policies regarding confidentiality and quality standards, and presenting a professional image through personal appearance and communication. The role is physically active, requiring the ability to stand, sit, walk for long periods, and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently. Job Qualifications
