Job Requirements
- physical stamina: must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- attention to detail: ensuring all public spaces and rooms meet high cleanliness standards
- communication: ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with guests and staff
- flexibility: working shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred
Job Duties
- Cleaning amp
- sanitation: vacuuming hallways/public areas, cleaning restrooms, washing walls, and polishing furniture
- support amp
- logistics: collecting soiled linen from housekeeping carts and delivering fresh linens to guest floor closets
- guest service: delivering guest requests (e.g., extra pillows, blankets) and assisting with luggage if needed
- maintaining cleanliness standards of all public spaces
- collaborating with housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations
