Job Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods
- ability to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
- physical stamina to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role within the hospitality industry preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established procedures and standards, including making beds and replenishing amenities
- report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor
- ensure cleanliness and organization in public areas such as corridors, lobby, and guest areas
- assist in maintaining cleanliness in back-of-house areas as required
- provide courteous and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests and inquiries
- uphold a friendly and welcoming demeanor to foster positive guest experiences
- adhere strictly to cleanliness and service standards, following all procedures and guidelines
