Job Requirements

  • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods
  • ability to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
  • physical stamina to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role within the hospitality industry preferred but not mandatory
  • attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures and standards
  • strong communication skills
  • guest-focused mindset

Job Duties

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established procedures and standards, including making beds and replenishing amenities
  • report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor
  • ensure cleanliness and organization in public areas such as corridors, lobby, and guest areas
  • assist in maintaining cleanliness in back-of-house areas as required
  • provide courteous and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests and inquiries
  • uphold a friendly and welcoming demeanor to foster positive guest experiences
  • adhere strictly to cleanliness and service standards, following all procedures and guidelines
