Job Requirements
- Housekeeping or laundry services experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Keen organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of infection control and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in healthcare
- Strong supervisory or leadership experience
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Understanding of infection control and sanitation protocols
- Compassionate and caring attitude toward elderly and disabled individuals
Job Duties
- Lead the team by hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating housekeeping and laundry staff
- Schedule department shifts aligned with census and labor budgets
- Manage inventory and order supplies while maintaining budget controls
- Perform and oversee mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and disinfecting
- Conduct inspections to ensure sanitation, infection control, and cleanliness compliance
- Provide instruction to staff on safe and effective cleaning and laundry procedures
- Support daily operations including consistent linen delivery, personal laundry service, and organizing supply rooms
