- clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
- report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions hvac
- maintain security of equipment key and supplies issued
- report lost and found articles to supervisor
- respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
- maintain semi-flexibility to cover high occupancy days with shifts starting at 8am or 9am
