The organization is committed to delivering excellent outcomes while fostering a family-like, engaging environment that prioritizes the dignity and well-being of its residents. As leaders in senior care, American Senior Communities is not only offering jobs but fulfilling a calling to improve the lives of seniors across Indiana.

The Laundry Aide role at American Village, part of the American Senior Communities family, plays an essential role within the housekeeping department. This position supports the creation of a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment by providing cleaning and laundry services for residents, staff, and the public. The Laundry Aide's responsibilities go beyond basic duties; they help cultivate a comforting and engaging atmosphere that aligns with C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. The role demands physical stamina, strength, and endurance to meet the demands of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility. This position is ideal for individuals who are supportive team players dedicated to working together to provide excellent care for residents.

Employment options include both full-time and part-time positions, with benefits varying accordingly. The compensation package is competitive and includes access to earnings before payday, referral bonuses, and generous paid time off policies. Additional benefits focus on health and wellness, offering medical, vision, and dental insurance as well as wellness coaching and support programs. American Senior Communities also takes pride in fostering career growth opportunities, including mentorship programs, clinical and leadership development pathways, partnerships with educational institutions, and assistance with continuing education and tuition reimbursement. Moreover, the organization promotes a vibrant team culture where employee contributions are recognized and celebrated through special events and awards.
