The role of the Housekeeping & Light Maintenance Associate is integral to upholding our facility’s standards. This position involves ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of all areas within the facility. Responsibilities include routine cleaning of locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, and other common areas; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning glass surfaces and mirrors. The associate will also replenish essential supplies such as towels, soap, sanitizers, and paper products, and be responsible for emptying trash and identifying potential hazards. Furthermore, the role requires inspection of equipment and facility areas to identify maintenance needs, ensuring everything is in proper working order.
Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, including those recommended by the CDC, is a critical aspect of this position. The associate will document any issues, repairs, or concerns raised by members, maintaining clear communication and professionalism while enforcing facility rules. Job Duties
