Currently, @the Grounds is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Housekeeping/Janitorial Staff member. This part-time, non-exempt position offers flexible working hours and a competitive hourly wage of $17.00. The role is crucial to maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization standards across multiple key areas of the facility including offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas, as well as public spaces. The individual in this position will play an essential part in upholding the professional and welcoming atmosphere that defines @the Grounds. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling non-routine cleaning tasks along with responding to specific job orders and emergency cleaning requests. Employees in this position will also support various departments as needed, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility. Job Requirements

- One-year housekeeping experience
- Willingness to work early morning or late-night shifts
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed
- Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot
- Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
- Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped
- Help out all other departments as needed
